During treatment, patient breathing, as well as movements of the tumor or normal tissue can impact the clinical result and by missing targets or causing extra dose distribution to normal tissue.

The Catalyst system is a revolutionary solution for Surface Image Guided Radiation Therapy (SIGRT), coupled with application software optimized for work-flow integration.

Catalyst offers a complete solution on 3D CRT, IMRT for online patient tracking before and during treatment delivery, thus ensuring the best possible therapeutic and palliative treatment outcome without non-prescribed doses. c4D software is integrated with major radiation therapy equipment suppliers to streamline workflow, including beam and couch control.

    Catalyst has integrated into the whole 4D treatment workflow, from Setup and Positioning to Intra-Fraction Motion Monitoring to Respiratory Gating Treatment.
    During the treatment, the patient is constantly under surveillance by Catalyst.

    Catalyst can retrieve all data acquired by Sentinel, which is stored in a central database, and the same surface points and breathing curve will be automatically tracked in the treatment room during every fraction, without manual intervention.
